somatic practice

Step into a healing space where your body, identity, and lived experience are honored in full. Rooted in somatic and trauma-informed practice, this work supports you in reconnecting with your body, reclaiming your story, and building the inner resources needed to move through life with greater agency and groundedness.

Sessions are grounded in relational attunement and culturally affirming care, recognizing that healing doesn't happen in isolation, but in relationship: with yourself, with others, and with the natural world. Whether you're navigating the effects of personal or collective trauma, this space holds room for all of who you are.

We may incorporate movement and contact into the session, meaning you may be asked to lay hands on places on your body to connect, such as your head, solar plexus, or lower back. We may use sound, such as tuning forks, or slow down speech to feel into the meaning behind your words. We may explore how your sensations and emotions relate to one another, and what cues your body is giving you. We may explore how thought patterns show up in your lived experience through creative process, including drawing, for example. Together, we'll explore what resilience, self-determination, and transformation can look and feel like for you in ways that are relevant and meaningful for you.
