Spiritual Technology for these Times

We stand in deep solidarity with the global struggle for justice, equity, and systemic change. We recognize that we live blind spots in this milieu of white supremacist patriarchy, and seek to hold ourselves accountable. We seek to build a culture of liberation, deep peace, and joy for all beings.

We live in a time where new ways of using our ancient knowledge and wisdom are needed. We are international, intercontinental, and culturally entwined in ways that our ancestors most often were not. In this time, it only makes sense for us to listen deeply to ancestral wisdom in order to craft new medicines and spiritual technologies that allow for us to be in relationship with the earth and the world as it is today, and to address the challenges that we face together now in a grounded, empathetic, deeply creative way. In the words of one of my favorite memes: “We can rebuild it; we have the technology.”

My work is offered as a means of healing and strengthening connections between humans and our individual and collective ancestors, the beings of the land, water, and cosmos, and the spirit of our Earth.

I offer a variety of different ways to connect deeply to the health, wisdom, and joy that lies in each person. Through stick divination, tarot reading, elemental medicine, somatic coaching, light healing, ritual, and the offerings in my apothecary, I aim to provide grounded and relevant work that is accessible to you wherever you are along your journey. I provide both individual and group divination and light and sound healing in order to address the patterns of disconnection from the ancestral and spirit realms which pervade modern life. We all have healed and well ancestors that wish to support us in healing the collective wounds of our lineage, allowing us to tap into the deep resilience that we inherited from those that came before us. While this can seem intimidating or even scary, tending to the past, no matter how ugly it may be, offers us the ability to move forward with our lineages healed and nourished, offering deep support to us in ways that we may have never felt before. It is vital for us to not only do our own work, but to gather as community to share this healing together- to tend, to nourish, to heal our lineages and the world around us. Ultimately, we hold the power to move from surviving to thriving on a collective level. Through divination and deep listening, I create elixirs that nourish humans and help us to reconnect with the wisdom of the stars, which is channeled into these potions. My apothecary offers grounded, tangible elemental healing for our modern times. I also hold sacred the relationship between humans and trees, and I tend to trees in order to honor them as we did long before the advent of modern religion. Through nourishing this relationship, humanity can heal the strain of separation and loneliness that pervades modern life, rebuilding an ancient kinship that gifts us invaluable wisdom for flourishing as a global community.

Last but not least, I provide embodied coaching to support you in living your truth. The body holds the key to our most valuable creative assets, and my work helps you to identify and strengthen yours through a variety of somatic practices, art therapy techniques, and energetic healing modes. Your capacity for change is held deeply within the DNA of your cells, and with support and witnessing, great transformation is not only possible, but inevitable.
